ABSTRACT

Why collaborators don't stand changes?

One change initiative can alter the terms of the agreement between business organisations and their people on the staff. This agreement can be envisaged in three aspects: the formal aspect includes all the necessary qualifications for a specific job, such as documents like job descriptions, contracts and so on; the psycological aspect concerns personal relationships and make reference mainly to trust between organisations and their personnel.; the social aspect relates differences in what the organisation's mission provides, what is carried out concretely and the management's behaviour. During a change period there are often contrasts and lack of communication and this can damage the above mentioned aspects.

There are many reasons why usually personnel within a business organisation doesn't consent to changes:

- being afraid of learning something new;
- longing for steadiness;
- lack of personal interests and benefits;
- scarce understanding of changes' needs and individual responsibilities;
- frustration.
