New trends towards Training in Italy

The most innovative factor about Training
in our Country has been identified in individual
training, or rather emotional training ( that
has been often required about leadership, or
business training, intended to new sellers or
sales experts, or within changing organizational
contexts, that is mergers , reorganizations,
reductions); and also in well-being and self
control training (by the way oriental techniques,
massages and resorting places are very fashionable
lately ). Other emerging trends: outcomes' evaluation,
more and more widely required with regard to
competencies' satisfaction, learning and transfer
and obligatory within Public Sector in order
to obtain Educational Credits ; more performance
improvement , that is training asking human
resources Managers to improve motivation, to
define personalized training courses addressed
to processes, organization, Knowledge management
and internal training improvement
