Advancing arguments supporting Countries
newly admitted into European Union (Prof. Vincenzo
Porcasi)
In the context of a society, where each Country
produces lots of things, a Country economically
new can't put itself on the worldwide goods
and services' market, choosing a traditional
sector. It has to bring specific and new products,
able to set up and give prospects to a productive
system. Europe lacks an industrial concept of
multimodal transport and Countries newly admitted
into European Union can demonstrate a multimodal
system's effectiveness.
Innovation can be on two distinct but convergent
areas:
- establishment of artisan classes that discovers
again values of people's traditions;
- training people to be able to make a correct
use of technology, in order to set up machineries
easily fit for use.
