E-LEARNING: A STRATEGIC CHANCE FOR
COMPANIES
In order to place E-leaning among business
strategies, lots of unsettled elements such
as making decisions, expectations required and
making organisational choices, have to be taken
into consideration.
As regards making decisions, stressing on variable
elements modifying organisational aims and their
dimensions, is needed.
Concerning organisational needs, referring to
variable elements that influence processes by
inference coming from available information
derived, in its turn, from suitable surveys,
is necessary.
At last, relations inside enterprises that allow
conflicts to be managed and often worked out,
and also enterprises’ objectives of primary
importance and the ability to deal with uncertainty’s
risks, can’t be neglected.
Another thing to be considered: which kind of
manager E-learning is devoted to? In the common
opinion E-learning is a highly innovative instrument
suitable to an as much as creative and innovative
leader, but, most of all, to a manager able
to be constantly informed and updated about
last market’s trends. This can be possible
only approaching advanced communication, systems,
even by the mastery of information technologies.
